it throws the error ORA-29261: bad argument
My guess is that when I run
v_http_request := utl_http.begin_request(p_server_address, 'POST', 'HTTP/1.1');
This is not successful and that is why utl_http.get_response(v_http_request) fails.
Is there any possibility to check if utl_http.begin_request(p_server_address, 'POST', 'HTTP/1.1'); was successful?
So that the error will not reach utl_http.get_response(v_http_request).
I printed the req variable before the utl_http.get_response(v_http_request)

and the values shown are correct.
